    AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN


What you'' do and what you'll need:

  • As a key player on the team, our Auto Technician experts perform all aspects of service of Auto and Light trucks.
  • Requires previous automotive technician repair experience. ASE certification is desirable, however is not mandatory.
  • As an ideal candidate, you will be an energetic team player, willing to participate in ongoing technical education, while providing exceptional Guest service.
  • Automotive Technicians must be safety minded to align with our continuous focus on safety…. And appreciate earning some awesome safety awards along the way!
  • You will need to have and maintain your own adequate tool inventory.

What you’ll do and what you need:

  • General Service Technicians perform various services on auto and light trucks including oil changes, vital fluid services, tire installation, and tire related services.
  • Have and maintain (at least) basic hand tools.

FRONT COUNTER SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

What you’ll do and what you need:

  • Provide exceptional Customer (Guest) service and sales experiences that are second to none, including sales of all products and services offered for autos, light trucks, commercial trucks, and farm equipment.
  • The Sales and Customer Service position is responsible to handle and direct calls for on the road service by our Commercial and Farm Technicians.
  • Assist and advise Customers (Guests) on tire purchases and vehicle service needs, schedule appointments, and perform other Guest service related functions.
  • Prior retail experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus! Previous experience providing exceptional Customer (Guest) service is required. We hire for attitude and educate for skill!
  • This position requires a valid driver’s license accompanied by a good driving record.

COMMERCIAL AND FARM SERVICE TECHNICIAN

What you’ll do and what you need:

  • If you like to work independently outdoors and have the skills to make exceptional service repairs, consider becoming a part of our Commercial and Farm Tire Installation and Service Team! The position involves service and repair of commercial and farm tires.
  • Your truck and tools are provided.
  • Proactively solicit and develop new business while maintaining current accounts with proven retention.
  • Must have the desire to provide exceptional Customer (Guest) service!
  • As an ideal candidate, you will be an energetic team player, willing to participate in ongoing automotive service education, while providing exceptional Guest service!

  • Successfully pass a pre-hire physical due to the high physical aspect of this position.

  • Cleaning and organizational work in an automotive environment (shop).
  • The Cleaning Auto Assistant is responsible for cleaning the service department, putting tires away, cleaning corporate vehicles, sweeping floors, and other general cleaning duties assigned.

SERVICE LEADER (MANAGER)

What you’ll do and what you need:

  • Team Service Supervisor/Manager is responsible for all aspects of vehicle flow through the service area.
  • Allocate work flow to automotive technicians
  • Create pricing and estimating on service repairs
  • Consult with customers (Guests) about their vehicles, and interacting with front counter sales team.
  • Perform multiple tasks at all times in busy shop environment
  • Prefer related experience, including a successful track record in automotive service. Sales and supervisory/management/leadership experience in other fields may be considered.

  • Knowledge of business operations is desirable.
  • Auto Service Manager requires a valid drivers’ license with a good driving record.

TEAM LEADER (SHOP MANAGER)

What you’ll do and what you need:

  • The Auto Team Manager position involves strong leadership, communication, planning, budgeting, and Customer development and relation skills.
  • Responsibilities include directing and coordinating all activities of the assigned Tire and Service Center location; such as implementing business plans, leading and developing a sales team and overseeing the Commercial/ Farm team. Goal is to maximize all sales and service opportunities!
  • A minimum of 5 years management experience, including a successful track record in automotive service, is preferred. Sales and leadership experience in other fields may be considered. We hire for attitude and educate for skill!
  • It is required that you have general knowledge of business operations and an understanding of profit and loss statements.
  • The position requires a valid drivers’ license with a good driving record.

  • Youth Apprenticeship participants perform various services on auto and light trucks including oil changes, vital fluid services, tire installation, and tire related services.
  • Gain experience in cleaning and organizational work in an automotive environment (shop).
  • Responsible for cleaning the service department, putting tires away, cleaning corporate vehicles, sweeping floors, and other general cleaning duties assigned.
  • As an ideal candidate, you will be an energetic team player, willing to participate in on going automotive service education, while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Must be safety minded to align with our continuous focus on safety.
  • A valid driver’s license accompanied by a good driving record is needed.

  • When will you work?

  • Youth Apprenticeship position is flexible part time schedule that is Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
